Our board has strong management expertise in gold start ups and a track record of success in Canada. We maintain a tightly held structure, with management and strategic investors owning over 60% of the Company.

Over 40 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining research analysis, corporate finance, and management of resource companies, having held various executive and directorial positions with several public and private companies in Canada and the United States. In addition to his role at Graycliff, James Macintosh is a director of Circuitmeter Inc. and AMICI Children's Camp Charity. He is a Graduate of Queen’s University with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology and a member of Queen’s University Geology Council.

Mr. Roehlig has served on numerous Canadian public company boards operating in the resource and technology sectors. As president and chief executive officer of various companies, Mr. Roehlig has raised millions of dollars for TSX Venture Exchange and CSE listed companies. Mr. Roehlig has decades of corporate experience in the management and development of publicly traded companies.

Mr. Baker is a finance professional currently serving as a Senior Associate at Altus Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business, along with an Accounting Diploma from Langara College. With a solid background in accounting and financial analysis, Mr. Baker also has over 15 years of experience in the service industry, which has enriched his expertise in investor relations and corporate development. His experience extends to junior mining companies, including Scorpio Gold, where he has contributed to strategic growth and investor communications.

Mr. Henry has over 35 years of experience in the global resource sector and North American and European capital markets. He has served as President, CEO, and Director of Frontline since 2009. Prior to joining Frontline, he held senior finance and executive positions, including VP Finance and CFO roles, with several TSX- and TSX Venture-listed companies, including Tiberon Minerals, Royal Nickel, Juno Special Situations, Satori Resources, and Alturas Minerals. Earlier in his career, he worked with CIBC, BNP Paribas, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed investment portfolios and arranged over $1 billion in project financings.
Mr. Henry is currently serving as a Mining Advisory Board Member for Ajlan and Bros Mining and Metals. He is currently serving as a director of Riverside Resources, Alturas Minerals, Advanced Gold Exploration He has also held numerous executive, chairman, audit committee chair, and director positions with public and private resource companies.

Bruce Durham is credited with the discovery of several significant economic mineral deposits including: the David Bell Mine (Hemlo), the Golden Giant Mine (Hemlo), the Redstone Nickel Mine (Timmins) and the Bell Creek Mine (Timmins).

Very experienced prospector specializing in Ontario, who has been involved in managing all aspects of exploration from property acquisition and grass-roots exploration, to seeing projects through to development.

Morgan is an experienced geologist with a strong background in geological database management and mineral exploration. She has over 10 years of experience working in a wide range of geological domains, including the Abitibi greenstone belt in Timmins with Lake Shore Gold, the Hope Bay greenstone belt in Nunavut with TMAC Resources (Agnico Eagle Mines), and most recently, the Meguma Terrane in Nova Scotia with Aurelius Minerals.
