Graycliff Exploration is pleased to announce that Mr. Bruce Durham and Mr. Don McKinnon Jr. have joined the Company’s Technical Advisory Board. Both new Advisory Board members bring extensive experience and have deep knowledge of the area hosting Graycliff’s Shakespeare Project. Mr. Durham will also serve as the Company’s Qualified Person (“QP”).

Graycliff is pleased to announce that it has commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “GE0” (G-E-Zero). The Company is committed to offering easy and transparent trading for current and future European investors. Trading information can be located on the Company’s Frankfurt Exchange profile. The Company also announces that it has engaged Global Media Buyers to execute a digital investor marketing campaign on Graycliff’s behalf. Global Media will focus on investor awareness digitally in North America and Europe as the Company begins to roll out its 2020 Exploration campaign.

Graycliff Exploration is pleased to announce that effective today, the Company’s common shares will be listed for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The Company will be trading under the trading symbol “GRAY”.
